At Quicklotz our team builds each box to order. We take special care to ensure you receive quality items in each order so that you are so happy with your purchase that you order again and again!
Items that are new with tag or new without tag may have signs of use as most are customer returns/shelf pulls and have been in a retail environment. We do not offer refunds for items with makeup smears, deodorant etc. as this should expected.
Some items may need slight repair or a little sweat equity prior to wearing or listing. We check each item before shipping and try to only include such items in orders that are marked as flawed, however there may be blemishes or flaws found on items as they have been in a retail environment before. A 10% defect rate is possible, we will not provide any credit for 10% or less defect rate in any box.
Flaws you may find include, but are not limited to:
- Missing Buttons or fabric belts
- Loose Threads
- Deodorant or makeup smudges
- Washable Stains
- Undone hems
- Loose seams
Please note it is customary that liquidation sometimes have security sensors attached. We cannot possibly remove all of them in a cost efficient way. Please order a remover (Amazon
