Returns & Exchanges

Since our prices are very aggressive, there are limitations as to how we accept returns and exchanges.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange of any type.

If you purchased your item in-store, we will accept returns and/or exchanges ONLY within 7 days from the day of purchase. The item MUST be in the same condition from when it was purchased to receive a full refund or exchange. Otherwise only a partial refund will be authorized at our company discretion, or the return or exchange may be refused depending on the situation.

If you received an item via freight service or our own delivery trucks, you also have 7 days to return or exchange. Note that cost of freight and/or delivery are non-refundable and there will be a 20% restocking fee charged for anything that is returned to us via freight service and/or picked up by our company's delivery trucks. Also customer is responsible for cost of freight service to return item(s) to us.

If you purchased an item in-store or received an item by freight service or delivery trucks that is defective or the wrong item, we will take care of the return and refund/exchange of that item immediately. You must also contact us prior to shipping the item back. We will issue a RMA and in same cases you will be asked to ship the item back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal account and/or your bank account.

If the original purchase was made through Paypal, you should have the credit back into your Paypal account as soon as we process the refund. Then Paypal lets you withdraw the funds directly into your bank account. If you are not sure how to do that, simply contact Paypal. But if the original purchase was made using a credit card directly, then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is being returned because of our fault (you received a wrong or defective item).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
